To start the Lionbranch homebuying process, we schedule a virtual call with you to get to know you and understand more about what you want and need to have in your dream home. During this call your agent will talk you through the entire process so you know what to expect.
As new homes come onto the market daily we will start sharing them with you. When we find homes that match your criteria, your real estate agent will schedule showings for you to view those homes. After showings you'll discuss the homes showed.
Once you find your dream home your agent will discuss how you can put your best foot forward with a competitive offer. Next, your agent will prepare your offer and send it off to the seller. Once the seller accepts, you are now "under contract" and closer to owing your dream home.
Before closing your agent will communicate what to expect and answer any questions. During the closing you will sign paperwork that transfers ownership of your dream home to you. Congratulations! You did it. You are now a homeowner!
